About Lisa Brochu

Lisa is in the business of helping homeowners experience what were once unimaginable visions with their homes.  Her passion for staging, organization, and design, and the ever constant “What if?” has impressed all those who have consulted with her for years.  It begins with listening to her clients; taking the time to get to know them and their specific needs.  However, it is her distinct ability to overcome any obstacles that may arise during the home buying or selling process that sets her apart.  Her ability to stay calm and find the solution has become her signature.

Lisa’s success in real estate has earned her a place on the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Presidents Circle, which recognizes agents in the top 6% of the entire organization nationwide. Lisa successfully closed 10 million in volume in 2020 and has established herself as an expert in Waterfront Sales.

A native New Hampshire resident, and Bentley University graduate, with a passion to go beyond people’s expectations.   Lisa has an eye for structure and design helping her clients see the potential in any situation.  Her background in International Sales and extensive travel lends her the ability to deal with many cultures and styles successfully.

Outside of her work, Lisa enjoys lake life on Pleasant Lake in Deerfield with her husband Patrick, youngest child and two golden doodles.   She has a passion for laughing, healthy living, boating and football!  Oh, did I mention cooking?  From her trips to all parts of the word Lisa blends those flavors with local input to create a fun and creative dining experience.  For the past 20 years, she has volunteered on many levels within her community.  The role that has meant the most however has been her connection and service to her local food pantry.  Truly believing that no one living in our country should go hungry.  For that effort, Lisa received the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors Good Neighbor of the Year Award in 2020.  She then went on to place 2nd in the state for her efforts earning $3,000 towards her local Food Bank.  She also advocates and supports the work of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Lisa is actively involved in seeing her three children pursue their dreams.  Each of them inspires her daily.    She misses the days of traveling throughout New England and New York with her youngest daughter on the USEF Hunter/Jumper Equestrian circuit with their Hanoverian Song.

Thank you so much for taking the time to view Lisa's profile.  Knowing the importance of such a monumental decision, Lisa considers it a privilege to be entrusted with helping clients purchase or sell their home.
