I've had many experiences with realtors in either buying or selling property over the last 25 years. The Lisa Brochu has proven to be the best and most professional realtor that has ever represented me. During early Spring, Lisa began studying and getting to know a property that I wanted to sell sometime this year; it was a house valued at about $500k with very nice but very unusual features. In short, it's a property that would be heaven for the right buyer.
From the moment I agreed to hire Lisa, she was in a flurry of action on my behalf. There were immediate Coming Soon announcements within her own realtor network and satellite offices, a strategic open house prior to the official listing --with a invitations to other realtors across Berkshire Hathaway as well as to MLS realtors. The realtor open house took place in week 2, several showings in week 2 ans 3, then a public open house happened in week 3 and week 5. Lisa physically helped to stage and primp the house --each time she arrived. Anyone can put up a nice for sale sign but Lisa followed through with a high level of exposure and maximized the audience. In week 5, the right buyer fell in love with the property on visit 1, brought his wife and children for a viewing within 3 days, and then made a full price offer that was subject to 2 reasonable conditions.
Lisa took this property on because she appreciated its construction, charm and layout, yet seemed to actually enjoy the challenge of selling something valuable and different. Her high energy, attention to details, personality, and manner of attacking the sale of a property are a winning combination of traits when you want to entrust someone with one of your largest assets. And of course, I have already recommended Lisa to my other family members and friends. At the very least, you ought to contact her for an initial consultation.

Lisa is amazing. We bought a home from her in Northwood in 2019. She was the seller's agent, we did not use a buyer's realtor. Through that experience, it was as though she was working for us as much as the seller.
In 2020, we had her list a lot of undeveloped land of ours in Meredith. It sold in about 45 days.
Lisa is keen on details as well as understanding the "people" side of both buyers and sellers. Communication is superb, immediate and accurate. In the case of the Meredith land, she went above and beyond in my opinion, when the buyer's hit a completely unforeseen snag with their bank days before closing. Lisa reached out to her financial advisors on her own and then suggested a solution to the buyers that they had not thought of and that ultimately cleared the issue. Closing was bumped out a week with no issues.
Lisa's discussions with us about selling price, timing, market values, etc., were insightful, considerate yet direct. And ultimately, on point. Her ability to read prospective buyer's viability while negotiating around the seller's desires/priority is spot on. She is professional, personable and pleasant. We have never had a better Realtor experience and hope to work with Lisa and Verani again in the future if possible.

Lisa is the most detail oriented person I know and she is exceptional in her work from identifying our needs, to walking us through the process of getting the most money out of the sale of our house, to her killer negotiating skills. Her marketing plan was spot on for our market with many different pieces, email blasts to agents, multiple places she advertised and the 3D video tour. My kids didn’t even recognize the house! Every client works differently in this age of technology. DotLoop works wonders in an efficient manner, without the need of seeing several documents all at once. Refreshing to always see the most current; and old docs are not still forwarded. My only suggestion, especially with such sensitive personal data... would be that RMS services find better software more similar to DotLoop. (We were instructed to sign inaccurate data per document online in order for new documents to be updated. However, old docs weren’t purged. A team working on our file couldn’t find the most accurate document and it was frustrating when you await approval - what information is actually being decided upon.).

During the prep to listing, she discovered that our house qualified as a three bedroom. The town had it as only two. Lisa got it sorted and with that she increased our house’s value over night. Her standards for staging, photos and video footage are top notch. The house looked great and because of that generated tremendous interest. The showings were over a weekend and Lisa handle the overwhelming number of potential buyers while still enforcing strict Covid guidelines. The net result was more offers than we knew what to do with. With her expertise she helped us narrow down the field to the best offers and negotiated through the ensuing bidding war until we had buyers in place. And in the meantime she was able to find a buyer for our land and we started the process towards closing on that.
Lisa is one of those rare individuals who, when faced with people debating on how to deal with a problem, will pick up the phone and have it sorted while they are still debating. We really appreciated all the work Lisa did behind the scenes to pull everything together. We are not use to someone doing all the heavy lifting for us, but it was sure a pleasure. For example, when an iffy septic threatened to derail the deal, she pulled her contacts together, sorted out a clerical plan snafu between the town and state and got the septic replaced in record time so the closing could go ahead as scheduled. And even at the closing when the buyer’s funding source scrambled their paperwork and it looked like we would not be closing that day, Lisa worked her magic and saved the day. That is the way she is - she will go to bat for you and find a way to get it done.

As a single mother I had many restrictions money wise. She worked with me to find a good home in a good part of Manchester that fit into my very tight budget. She found many ways for me to stretch my dollar and I was able to buy a home in the exact area that I wanted to be in.
I had originally looked at this condo and turned it down. After going to see many more, Lisa made me realize that if I wanted a home in the area that I was looking that had some of the features that I was looking for I needed to be opened minded on what I was buying. We found a fixer upper that I am now working on making it mine with everything that I love in it. She worked with me to get in an offer that was well below asking price. When we went to do the walk through the seller was still there moving his belongs out. She had a feelingt and stopped by on her way to our closing. The seller had left tons of junk in the condo. Lisa quickly worked to get a compensation for the junk that was left behind. She herself met me there later that day to help me move the junk out and signed the compensation check she got to me to help me start the renovations of my new condo. She gave me a gift card to Home Depot for closing so that I would have a little money towards replacement of a slider, that had a broken seal, that the seller did not want to fix. She truly went above and beyond all calls of duty as a realtor and I appreciate it all the time, effort and hard work she put in to getting me a new home for me and my daughter.
